There is a LaTeX package maintained by John Heidemann, of which we have a local copy, designed for formatting UCLA thesis documents. Follow the directions in the "readme" file to use it. The files you need to copy to your working directory are "uclath12.clo", "uclathes.clo", "uclathes.bst", "uclathma.clo", and "uclathti.clo".
